Andrew Sherman
CEO
Andrew is a serial entrepreneur who has dedicated his professional life to developing sustainable materials using materials science and technology. Andrew is an entrepreneur with 35 years of early-stage experience developing specialty metal and ceramic products for a variety of applications. Andrew has been the leader on technology platforms that have led to the creation of 11 startups, leading to two $100M+ exits, and two corporate acquisitions. Andrew has authored over 200 papers and presentations, has over 50 patents issued or pending, and is a member in good standing with six technical societies. Andrew was recognized as a 2009 and 2012 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. Andrew has a Bachelors in Chemical and Ceramic Engineering and a Masters in Ceramic Engineering from Ohio State University.  He was trained as an entrepreneur by Richard Kaplan of Ultramet, and Bob Hozle, of Delta/G, who were in turn sponsored by David Packard and other early entrepreneurial leaders.  He has successfully bootstrapped and then incubated technologies for his full career, choosing the entrepreneurial route.  His love is defining, developing, and incubating nascent technologies to commercial sustainability.
Marcus G. Lord

Focused in innovative manufacturing processes, operational excellence, sustainability initiatives in supply chain and operations management. Proven ability to create and cultivate growth-oriented cultures and talent and bring a strategic innovative approach to manufacturing businesses. EBITDA and Financial Forecasting for strong business acumen.

Nicholas Farkas
Engineering
Nicholas received a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio where he focused on developing high strength aluminum composites through casting and deformation processes. Prior to his career at Powdermet and subsidiaries, Mr. Farkas was an Engineering Technician in the Strategic Materials Group at First Solar Inc., a thin film solar panel manufacturer. His role was primarily focused on the development, design, installation, and operation of pilot plants for metals reclamation where processes were successfully brought to one ton per day process levels. As a Group Leader at Powdermet, Mr. Farkas managed several research programs including the development of nanostructured aluminum and magnesium composites for the Department of Defense as well as the development of Fluidized Bed Chemical Vapor Deposition processes for cladding nuclear fuels for the Department of Energy and Idaho National Laboratories.
David Argyle
Non-Executive Director
David Argyle has over 30 years of senior management and operational experience leading critical materials and mining projects in Australia, Brazil, Africa, China, & North America. In 2024, Mr. Argyle joined REalloys Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and Director. In addition, Mr. Argyle has been a Director of Everest Metals Corporation Limited since 2023. From March 2022 to present, Mr. Argyle is the Co-Founder, Partner & Principal at Arlington Innovation Partners LLC, a Washington D.C. headquartered advisory firm focused solely on securing critical materials supply chains for U.S. Protected Markets, including National Defense Stockpiles, Defense Industrial Base, Nuclear Industrial Base, Robotics, Electric Aviation, and Critical Infrastructure Industries. Prior to Arlington Innovation Partners LLC, Mr. Argyle served as Chief Executive Officer of Brazil Potash Corp. from 2009 to 2019. Mr. Argyle earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  Mr. Argyle  serves on the Board of Directors of PMT Critical Metals as a Non-Executive Director.
Anupam Ghildyal
Corporate Development
Anupam has been one of the first-three team members of 10+ startups in the materials, energy, manufacturing, cleantech and technology industries. He is also the cofounder of a battery regeneration and a lithium extraction startup. Anupam’s role over the past decade has been to get involved with early/growth-stage companies across variety of industries at the ideation stage to productize ideas, help build a team, develop business plan and go-to market strategy, raise capital, formulate strategic growth plans, develop/manage strategic partnerships, drive business development and then lead overall organizational and corporate development efforts. With his team, Anupam has assisted in commercialization of 20+ products across the globe, has secured over $1 billion in equity, debt, and project financing for early-stage companies and cleantech projects, and has helped set-up manufacturing and sales/distribution operations across the globe. Anupam holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University.
